This Privacy Policy explains how 10X Groupchat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use:

  • Our mobile applications for iOS and Android, and

  • Any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  • Profile & Community Content. Information you choose to add to your profile, membership in specific “tribes” or communities, and other information you share.

  • User Content. Messages, posts, images, videos, reactions, and other content you create or share in the Service.

  • Payment Information. When you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment details are processed by our third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat). We do not store your full payment card numbers.

  • Customer Support. Information you provide when you contact us for help or feedback, including your communications and contact details.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage Data. Information about how you use the Service, such as features you use, communities you join, content you view, and engagement activity.

  • Device & Log Information. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, access times, referring URLs, crash reports, and similar log data.

  • Approximate Location. We may derive a general location (e.g., city, country) from your IP address for analytics, localization, and fraud prevention. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant us permission (and only if needed for a feature).

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to recognize your browser or device, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Payment Processors. Stripe, Apple, Google, and/or RevenueCat may provide us limited information related to your purchases and subscriptions (e.g., transaction IDs, subscription status, approximate billing information).

  • Authentication Providers. If you sign up or log in using a third-party identity provider (if enabled), we may receive basic profile information from that provider.

  • Other Users. Other users may provide information about you when they interact with you or mention you in the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Enable messaging, group chats, and community features;

  • Process your transactions and subscriptions (via Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, or Google);

  • Personalize your experience, such as suggesting communities or content;

  • Develop new features and enhance existing ones.

  • Your username, profile information, and User Content will be visible to other users consistent with the features of the Service and your settings.

  • Messages sent in group chats are typically visible to other members of those groups.

3.2 With Service Providers and Partners

We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate and improve the Service, such as:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google);

  • Subscription and purchase infrastructure (e.g., RevenueCat);

  • Hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, customer support tools, and other technical service providers.

These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
