At Tribe, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all users, especially children. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and the measures we take to prevent, detect, and respond to such activities on our platform.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit:

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, text, or any other content depicting or promoting child sexual exploitation.

  • Activities or behaviors that groom or attempt to exploit minors.

  • Sharing or soliciting explicit content involving minors.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate action, including account suspension, reporting to law enforcement, and permanent removal from the platform.

2. Proactive Measures

To prevent CSAE-related activities, we implement the following measures:

  • Content Monitoring: Automated and manual systems are in place to detect and remove harmful content.

  • Age Verification: We use robust age-verification processes to prevent minors from being exposed to inappropriate content or interactions.

  • AI Detection Tools: State-of-the-art technology is used to identify and block CSAM and suspicious activities.

  • User Reporting: We provide easy-to-use tools for users to report any CSAE content or behavior. All reports are treated with the utmost urgency and confidentiality.

3. Collaboration with Authorities

We work closely with:

  • Law Enforcement Agencies to report and investigate CSAE-related activities.

  • Industry Coalitions such as the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to share information and best practices.

  • Government and Regulatory Bodies to ensure compliance with local and international laws.

4. Education and Awareness

  • Community Education: We provide educational resources to help users identify and prevent CSAE-related risks.

  • Employee Training: All employees undergo training on identifying and addressing CSAE-related activities.

5. Reporting and Escalation

  • User Reporting: Users can report CSAE-related content or behavior through our in-app reporting system or by contacting csae@tribechat.com

  • Immediate Action: All reports are reviewed by a dedicated team, and appropriate actions are taken within, including involving law enforcement when necessary.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to user privacy and handle all CSAE-related investigations in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Data related to CSAE investigations is securely stored and shared only with authorized parties.

7. Accountability

We periodically audit and review our CSAE prevention and response processes to ensure effectiveness. Feedback from users and stakeholders is welcomed to improve our efforts continuously.

8. Consequences of Violation

Any user, employee, or third-party partner found to be involved in CSAE-related activities will face:

  • Immediate Account Termination for users.

  • Legal Prosecution under applicable laws.

  • Termination of Employment or Contracts for employees or third-party partners.
